Works in both old & new style tanks
Small, compact solid brass adapter. This will work on the older style tanks and the new style tank connections. Why be limited with just a new style adapter with the plastic grip for the newer tanks? This was the right choice for me, very happy with my purchase.

One pounders will fill better this way
Very handy and well made! When filling cylinders snug the fitting with a wrench to the large tank and then hand spin on the one pounder tank. Invert the large tank so the one pounder is at the bottom then open the valve to transfer gas. Leave it in the inverted position for a few minutes and then shut the valve. One pounders will fill better this way. I use constantly and I love it. It's a very cheap way to go.

Works great and saves lots of $ I recommend chilling the empty bottle before filling, fills much faster
