AramithPremier Pool Cue Ball 2 1/4"

Got this as a replacement for a vintage pool ball set. The cue ball that came with the set was so yellowed, it was almost like the one ball! This replacement fits in perfect and no more confusion. Seems to be of good quality and accurate. No regrets on this purchase.

I replaced an old cue ball that I got with my table that was probably over 10 years old. It had very small cracks in it. This ball is like night and day compared to the old one. It's very lively, breaks are 100% better and the ball responds to spin way better. Love it!

I never thought too much about the nuances of billiard balls, but I have noticed a big difference in how much chalk dirt the cheaper ones pick up. Aramith are dense and smooth, preventing that. The only beef I have with them is why a company that manufacturers so many thousands of billiard balls won't make available a set of three solid red standard carom (three-cushion) balls, the finishing touch for a solitary carom game I invented: one cue ball, three object balls. I've looked everywhere!

Not sure if this is a real Aramith cue ball. It seems to play fine so no complaints as far as performance.

Seriously, it's a cue ball, how can one possibly review it? It's round and works as intended.
