AOBEN cordless powerful impact wrench

I recently purchased the AOBEN 21V Cordless Impact Wrench and I am extremely impressed with its performance. I would give this product a rating of 5 out of 5. The main strengths of this impact wrench is its good power . It makes quick work of loosening and tightening bolts, saving me a lot of time and effort. The 4.0Ah Li-ion battery lasts a long time and charges quickly with the included fast charger. The 6Pcs driver sockets are convenient and the tool bag keeps everything organized. I have not encountered any drawbacks with this product so far. Overall, my experience with the AOBEN 21V Cordless Impact Wrench has been excellent. It is a high-quality tool that has made my DIY projects much easier. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a reliable and powerful impact wrench.

I do a fair amount of automotive repair as a side business. My Craftsman Impact is a little lackluster and now finally has weak batteries, so instead of buying replacement batteries I figured I would shop for a whole new impact wrench. I already own the Aoben cordless power ratchet and it has entirely changed the game, paying for itself in the first repair (insanely strong with exceptional battery life). If this new impact comes even close to the quality of the Aoben power ratchet, it will be something to brag about. Out of the box and not even charging the battery, this new wrench smacks so much harder than the Craftsman C3. Even when new with a fully charged battery, the Craftsman seriously struggled to loosen basic passenger car lug nuts even though it is rated at 300 ft-lb of torque. This Aoben absolutely rips lug nuts right off, and I cannot wait to try it on a heavy suspension job. Aside from being much stronger, it is also lighter and more compact, making repairs just that much easier. I love that is has a power indicator with 3 different RPM top-speeds while still retaining the ability to throttle the trigger. This is helpful when seating fasteners before the final tightening with a torque wrench. The belt clip is also optional, so I am glad I do not have to have it attached, as I will never use it. The only thing I need for this tool is another battery, though the life of the one it comes with should last pretty long. It’s price point for the performance simply cannot be beaten, and I just cannot recommend this wrench enough. If for some odd reason things change, I will update this review. Buy it now and don’t look back!

First impressions: Instruction pamphlet is written in broken English and is virtually useless, so don’t even bother to open it. The battery took about 45 minutes to charge; not bad. It’s a snug fit in the tool but was reasonably easy to release. The multi speed trigger was responsive and worked well in forward and reverse. The smart control panel on the base of the tool is difficult to read because the print is very small. When the tool is in forward (tighten) mode, you can adjust to 20%, 50%, or 100% by pressing the button on the smart control panel. Each setting limits the maximum RPM speed and torque. When the tool is in the reverse (loosen) mode, it has 1 speed. If you press the button on the smart control panel it will activate the reverse stop mode. This is designed to stop rotation when the nut is free. I used this tool to replace the blade holder and blade on my Honda HRX217. It did a good job. I also used it to remove blades on our little John Deere tractor and to loosen lug nuts on my car. It works just fine. Initially, I purchased a Makita XWT08Z because I have several 18v Makita tools and batteries. But it was very heavy, way overkill, and expensive. This would have been a great choice back in the day when I did a lot of my own car repairs. But I don’t need that kind of tool anymore. The AOBEN ½” Impact Wrench looks and feels like an inexpensive, light duty impact wrench. But if that’s all you need, this is a good deal at $95.

I gave this 5 stars for price and overall functionality. Price is excellent and quality/build feel and appear to be very solid. Functionality is great. This is great for the DIY folks who like to work on their cars at home and are tired of using the cross bars to loosen lugs. When I opened it up, my initial thought was this tiny little gun can't take lugs off my Lexus SUV - I was wrong. Takes them off easy. No more straining with the cross bar. One hand - this impact wrench does the job. As per the manufacture recommendation - I tighten my lugs to 90-100 pounds - in the video you can see how easy this impact wrench takes it off my Lexus SUV. Yesterday I rotated the wheels on my wifes van - normally I would work up a sweat with all the prying and breaking loose all the lugs (I live in Miami so even in December its 80+ degrees). With this impact wrench, I didn't break a sweat - I was able to break/loose all 20 lugs in about 2-3 minutes. only complaint (if I have to pick something) is that the battery is hard to detach from the wrench - its a tight fit, figure it will loosen up with time and use. Better to have that I guess than a battery that is loose and prone to fall off.

This is my second one- good quality- battery lasts a long time. My first one— was still working great, I gave away as a gift.

I've been using the AOBEN 21V Cordless Impact Wrench for a few weeks now, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my toolkit. The 400N.m max torque is more than enough for most of my needs, whether I'm working on cars or doing some heavy-duty DIY projects. The 3000rpm speed really gets the job done quickly. The 4.0Ah Li-ion battery lasts long enough for me to complete my tasks without needing a recharge, and when it does need charging, the fast charger gets it back to full power surprisingly quickly. The six included driver sockets cover all the basics, and the tool bag is a nice bonus for keeping everything organized. Overall, this impact wrench has exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. It's powerful, reliable, and the cordless convenience can't be beaten. Highly recommended!

I purchased this just before changing the rear shocks on my wife's 2013 Grand Caravan SE and used it for such. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear that if your tires are torqued at more than 100 ft. lbs., this will not pull them off. I also attempted to use this to remove the bolts on the old shocks - no joy. In fairness, the shocks were original parts, so I can't really fault it too much for that. However, after cleaning the bolts and putting in the new shocks, I used this gun to 'bottom-out' the bolts until I could torque the bolts to specs. It did put them in tighter than the 55 ft. lbs. specs called for, so I backed them out a bit and used the torque wrench after. When I put the tires in, I used this for that purpose and it put them in between 90 and 100 ft. lbs. All in all, it's okay to use this, but if you've got original parts still on a vehicle that is 10 or more years old, you'll definitely want to use something more powerful - perhaps a 1/2" air wrench or you can do what I did which is to have a Bauer 1/2" electric (corded) impact wrench for the heavy lifting. Again, in fairness, I still had problems removing the bolt using that tool. For putting tires on and for newer cars, I can see this working well. Otherwise, it's just 'okay'. Next time, I'll try something more powerful, though. UPDATE: After continuing to use this impact wrench for other work that was needed on my wife's car, I'm going to 'up' the star rating from 3 to 4. This does break away bolts that are torqued at around 108 ft. lbs. with little issue. However, I would recommend something with a bit more power if your looking to break bolts that are torqued at 120 ft. lbs. or more. This may do it, but it will likely strain to do it. Also, the battery life is very good. I purchased two batteries and I've used this for three weekends in a row without it needing a charge (it still shows a full charge). I will continue to use this until it doesn't work anymore. Would I buy another one - or, recommend it to a friend? For smaller vehicle work and mower work - sure! However, I will look for a 500 ft. lbs break-away torque ceiling, not a 300 ft. lbs. device. Of course, "your mileage may vary".

Easy to use with a nice design, has good power. The battery life isn't great but the price is good.

very fast delivery, clean packaging. good amount of foam for protection from shipping. got this kit to make quick work of taking wheels off the car and putting them back on. works as expected. the metal clip for belts is a bit on the pointy side. i put it on and took it off. Very happy with the carrying case since there are a bunch of parts in the kit.

Good quality product, works for my prius and Accura mdx.

Perfect for my four vehicles, very strong power and I love it so much. I just change all my vehicles tire and I still have batt. power left. I shop online and local store so far this is the cheapest and the best tool.

The drill's power was awe-inspiring to me. It was used to open the wheels of small and large cars, such as the GMC Yukon. I highly recommend it
