a beautiful design to drive you crazy trying too obtain optimum positioning.
can not get the ipad to adjust to the angle i want. the ball on the back of the holder only does 180 degrees. needs 360 degrees. nice styling, but that one limitation brings the whole stand to, damn, why did i buy this?hate it, hate it, hate it.

Perfect! Used as a low-profile microphone mount
I bought this low profile desk arm for my microphone mount instead (not ipad/iphone). The product comes with a 1/4"-20 adapter so if you buy a 1/4 male to 5/8 female adapter which costs less than $5, you can mount this to most microphones (mine is Elgato Wave1). Love the build, quality and durability of the product. It looks amazing for the price. Other comparable low profile mounts are like $200+.

Not quite...
I loved the sturdy structure and design but after a few weeks, the rotating ball assembly wasn't strong enough to hold my iPad Pro (12.9 in)... no matter how tight I turned the knob, it kept flopping down (sad face...)

STRONG device stand!
I got this to mount my tablet, and it is doing the job magnificently! The middle joint was a little tough to get loose enough to move into position, but it's steady as ever now. I would recommend this to anybody.
