I bought 4 of the Honeywell thermostats together. one item box was damaged and been used by someone else with wall paint all over the installation box and missing the controller. It was very clear once you see the shipping box that the item was used , so it was not like honest mistake, but it was deliberate. I just hope that the rest are working!, So my issue is with the seller not with Honeywell. When it comes to the Honeywell thermostats they are the best. I bought so many of them over few years now and store them so whenever I have a problem with a thermostat from another brand in my house I replace it with Honeywell.

I’m using it for over 6 months so far , just started to see that the on/off button needs to be hit several times to start on or off .
