Better than most MCT oil. Pricey

I switched to this brand after the prices went up for Bulletproof mct oil. Wasn't disappointed, this one was just as good and a much better value for the money. Flavor is the same and cost was better. I'll keep buying this one.

Good quality c8 that is good for your brain and memory and you will have lots of energy.

Seems to reduce appetite and belly roll is steadily decreasing. Has no taste and I add it to my morning coffee. I did learn the hard way not to take too much. One table spoon is the maximum that my system can handle. Adding 1.5 tablespoons sent me to the bathroom with enthusiastic diarrhea, five trips in a row. Lesson learned.

Taking this product for the past year (along with a low-Carb diet), I lost 25 lbs. and my body has reset to where I don't gain a lb. - no matter what, or how much I now eat - even when I cheat and eat Carbs. Be aware, though, that I am an "O Positive" blood type, which responds extremely well to this kind of diet. Type A's (for example), do not do well on it. (Read "Eat Right for Your Blood-Type").
