This seems to work great I would highly recommend trying it if you need to but overall it seems to be helping I think

Here's what you need to know. The label says serving size is 1, but you're supposed to take 2 pills a day. Take it with food or a protein shake or it may upset your stomach. It DOES work, but like anything else with reducing hair loss, it's not instant. It takes a couple of months to work. I went from shedding a half a handfull to just a few strands after a shower. I'll definitely keep using this.

I have been using this twice as a day (as suggested) for two week now and I can say that my hair is significantly falling out less in the shower and I almost feel safer putting my hair up in a high ponytail without risking tension. The only downside is that it smells bad, but I got over it quickly considering that it’s fairly helping! I do pair this with a scalp serum from HairGrowthCo (which is something I live by for hair growth). I’ll touch base in another month

I cant say I have noticed much of a change with the hair on my head /shedding.. but with in two weeks of using it. I no longer needed my car tweezers ! I will continue to use

Please pay attention to the reviews that are put out there. Some are good some are not. This product does not work for everyone. This product was for my mother who is going through menopause and was told by someone else that she can take this to help with her hormones and any hair shutting. Upon her taking the product, she was fine and then a couple of weeks later still on her first bottle her hair started shedding really really bad. She went to the doctor and come to find out this product is not good for hair growth at all for most people. Especially if you’re going through menopause and you’re taking hormonal medication or anything like that, it does not work. I tried returning the second bottle to Amazon and they declined to accept the return so we are left with a $17 bottle. That is too much money to be spending on something that is making people‘s hair fall out. We got the second bottle because she wanted to make sure she had it just in case they stopped selling it because she thought it was working. Each time she washes her hair her hair is falling out from it. She stopped using it as of today. I wanted to put this review out there to warn others that Amazon will not return vitamins, even if they are unopened. I also noticed in some of the other reviews may be a few that the same issue they were having as well with hair fallout from this product.

This worked within a week I took one table before sleep and one tablet when woke up! My hair is now so thicker than before and I am 36 years old. It also helped with my prostate issue as it was always enlarged and painful because of too much testosterone, this reduced my hormones level this sht and regrew the hair so thick. This photo is 3 weeks ago and three weeks later the hole in the hair is all covered up by the 3rd week !

This is quite strong and may make you feel a bit dizzy and nauseous but not sure how it works but works . Not much suited to me as the sude affects are terrible for a vitamin
