Very surprised at the durability of these chains, given the price. Have run them all day a couple times on rural trash routes and they are confidence inspiring when the conditions get really bad. Ran them on pavement several times up to 40 mph in short bursts to get from one camp road to another and they aren't worn or damaged at all. Not sure I'd run such cheap ones out west where they're sometimes required on the highways over the passes, but for our use at low speed on gravel and deep snow, they're worth every penny.

They will get you out of trouble in light duty situations. Don't expect them to hold up for extended periods os usage. I would not run them beyond 30 minutes at 40MPH.

I don’t use them daily, but have used them enough to appreciate the traction they give, and for what it’s worth, the durability.
