How would this hold up for outdoor use?

I haven’t tried it outside but it doesn’t seem as though it would be appropriate for outdoor use.

how many cords can fit inside the sleeve?

Multiple cords will fit. It was hard for me to make it work the way I wanted it to.

Could someone please explain the meaning of the dimensions. I presume the longer dimension is the overall length. But what is the smaller dimension ??
