Now imagine spreading products on your face, like frosting a cake, except your face has a protruding nose and other angles not usually found on cakes. My point: this tool is great for flat parts of the face, and more tricky for angular parts. I don't think it actually makes you use less product, but if you have an aversion to touching creams, lotions, or clay type masks with your hands, it may be useful (I don't have that aversion). I suppose it may be more hygienic, in that you keep your fingers out of the pots of too.... But that may be the only real benefit. Overall.... Meh.
