What does this smell like? Is it strong?

Smells like berry but not strong

Is the contained bpa free? are there phalates in the product?

It doesn's say anything about phalates...or bpa...it states no sulfates, no dyes, no parabens...sorry thats all I know...

Should this conditioner be applied to scalp, even with oily prone scalp? It mentions scalp conditioning but Ive read to not apply conditioner to scalp

I have dry hair and not an oily scalp. I apply to the scalp and work it into the hair. I have short chin length hair. I am very satisfied with this product for my hair.
