Very good
Very good build quality and does the job making the cost worth it. Being able to tighten the grip by tightening the nuts is definitely a huge bonus and I would reccomend this product.

Usable for a few jobs if you have extension bars and patience
Perfectly usable if you’re only planning to do one to several tie rods. However, you must have plenty of extension bars handy to get clearance of the wheel arches if you want to free a tight inner rod. Must be tightly attached, and the teeth deform quickly. Check you have clearance to access the drive. Be extremely careful not to apply off-axis force to the steering rack; in our case we supported the head of the breaker bar when twisting to ensure the force was rotational rather than shearing or bending. We attached the tool to the 30mm hex on the inner tie rod where it connects to the steering rack, and it fit well. I recommend looking at the tube-style tie rod removal tools as an easier, more secure alternative. The first time using this tool was quite frustrating, as it was initially slipping and didn’t feel like a comfortable job until we had an established system for the second inner tie rod and secured the nuts tightly. That said, for the price, it’s a handy tool and will help you save money doing the job at home if you’re not looking to use it often. It's sturdy enough and the build quality is sufficient for its purpose for the odd job.

Worked really well Corsa D with only round ball joints no hex to grip
This worked really well. It gripped the round inner track rod ball joint nice. Just beware it’s a 3/8 drive.

Poorly made equipment
The tool itself is very difficult to use - it took almost 30 minutes to align it correctly onto the inner tie rod, to be able to remove the tie rod itself. The tool kept slipping prior to this. However, what is most borthersome, is that the threads rounded and stripped by the time I got to removing the second inner tie rod, and so I was unable to complete the job. This is despite only using a 14mm spanner by hand. This tool is poorly made and difficult to use. I would advise paying extra for a better piece of equipment.
