It works, but for my A5 6-ring binder with 70mm between the inner rings I have to punch 3 holes and then flip the pages and punch 3 more holes. Not really easy and the possibility to mis-align resulting holes is there. It'll work fine for a binder with 51mm or smaller gauge. Check the size of your binder carefully before ordering this.

Llegó antes de tiempo y en perfectas condiciones, perfora muy bien cosas gruesas (cubiertas plásticas para engardolar), sirve para A5 (solo hay que leer las instrucciones). Sin duda lo recomiendo!

This is an excellent product that works perfectly. The fit & finish of manufacture is very high quality and the machine never hangs up or jams. In this size and configuration - the best compact paper punch on the market IMO!

I bought this to punch half sheets of regular letter size self printed bujo papers for use in my A5 size Carpe Diem 6 hole planner. While I wish the pull out guide had a line setting for that, the A5 guide notch isn't quite perfect for a half letter size paper (4.5 by 8.5 inches) However, to make it work I just messed with the guide placement a bit to get it where I could punch the paper one side at a time as instructed to find the right position where I needed it. For me the A5 notch line was very close, but I just had to pull the guide out a smidgelet more. I used a thin sharpie to mark my punch line on the guide and it worked brilliantly. I suggest punching scrap papers a few times to make sure to get it right, and because the first couple of punches left a little oil/lubricant residue on my papers. It was scrap paper though and after the first few punches I didn't have any more residue coming through onto my papers. The adjustment of the punches was simple and easy, it's a nice compact punch, and heavy. The flap that holds the back on the punch is sturdy and tight. Though I think it's absurd that all the colors except white were more expensive, I went for the white one because of the price being lower. I can't wait to make more of my own printables and use this punch to make my bujo exactly as I want it to look. If you like to make your own pages and just want to print out on regular paper and use half sheets, this works perfectly with a little fiddling to find the right guide placement. I'm extremely pleased with it.
