Question 1

Mack's makes at least 7 different snore blockers. How to choose which one to use? I want something comfortable to drown out my wife's snoring.

Thank you for your interest in our products and I'm happy to help. We understand everyone has personal preferences when it comes to earplugs, which is why we offer such a wide variety of styles, sizes and colors in an effort to meet our customers’ needs and demands. We recommend trying our Mack's Ultra Soft Foam Earplugs or Mack's Snore Blockers, which are designed for those with average sized ear canals. We also offer smaller versions of our foam earplugs, called Mack’s Slim Fit and Mack’s Dreamgirl, which are about 20% smaller in diameter than most average-sized foam earplugs. Many users who have difficulty with the fit of foam earplugs, in general, find our Mack’s Moldable Silicone Putty Earplugs to be easy to use and very comfortable, as they simply mold to your outer ear canals, instead of going down into the ear canal. I’m confident we can help you find a style or size that best suits your needs. If you have any other questions or concerns, please contact us. Thanks!

Question 2

what is the difference between these and the sound asleep?

Accepted Answer

Thank you for your interest in our products and I’m happy to help. They are the same earplugs, just different colors and marketed to slightly different users. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us. Thanks!

Question 3

how to you put them in?

Accepted Answer

Thanks for your interest in our products and I'm happy to help. Please re-read the directions on the package and check out our instructional video on our product detail page to ensure you are getting the best fit and performance. Be sure to insert the plug while pulling (with the opposite hand) up and back on the outer ear to straighten the ear canal. If you are still unsuccessful with a plug that has now absorbed some sweat from the ear canal, try another, unexposed plug. A totally dry plug will retain its compressed shape and rigidity slightly longer, making it easier to insert. The earplugs should be inserted so that there is just enough of the earplugs sticking out of your ear canals that you can easily grasp them with your thumb and forefinger for removal. A sign that the earplug is sealing your ears properly is that your voice will sound more internal and exaggerated. Following these directions and tips will help ensure a proper seal and noise reducing benefits, as well as help keep the earplugs securely in your ears. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us using the information on the packaging, so that we can help further. We want to make sure you're completely happy with your purchase. Thanks!
