Q: How many clips do you need for each panel?

The picture shows 5. But I did not use clips. I just put it on the rod. There are two rod pockets.

Q: Can these only be hung with hooks, or is there a rod pocket also?

Mine had rod pockets. But I bought the blue one so I'm not sure they're all the same.

Q: Can these be used with a 3 inch valance rod? we have valances but would like to try curtains. it would be perfect if these fit current mounting.

A rod up to 1.5" in diameter is recommended for use, with the Vue Arashi Panel.
