I've used this many times since purchasing it... I partake in lots of fun runs and this is the ideal size for my phone and car keys and credit card/drivers licence. It's comfortable to wear and adjustable to fit any size... I highly recommend this waist pack bag. Would love to post a pic but I wear it under my racer tank so it doesn't interfere with race number bib.

My 91 y/o mother recently fell and was on the floor all day...she couldn't get to her phone to call for help. She didn't want the expense of one of those "help I've fallen" things, and refused it when we said we'd pay for it. We put our heads together and she agreed on a fanny pack so she could easily keep her phone on her no matter where she goes. This one is very comfortable and enables her to keep her phone with her along with tissues and lip balm. She's found it quite useful and wears it all day. Safety for her and peace of mind for me. I know that isn't it's intended purpose per se, but it's doing the job. It isn't heavy, doesn't interfere with movement or her doing anything. I purchased one for myself for the gym. It's just roomy enough for essentials like my phone, car fob, ID. Great little fanny pack.
