The media could not be loaded.  I am a chronic sufferer from Sinus issue. This product gives good relief by clearing my blocked nose, whenever it happens. It gives good comfort when I treat my nose with the hot vapor coming out of it even if there would be no blockage.I have seen a few negative reviews that the vapor takes a long time to generate. It takes only 2-3 minutes to create.A vaporizer I had bought of another make and supplier had started creating electric sparks both at the vaporizer and at the plug/socket joint, which I had rush to switch it off in order stop any fire accident. That incident had happened after around 5 usages of that item. Moreover, I didn't add salt or anything else. Every time I used it, I could observe a few dark burnt particles were floating the water inside the vaporizer. Perhaps some thing like an electric insulation was melting inside the vaporizer during every usage.No such thing happened till now with this one even after using it around 10 times.A word of caution. Please don't add more than a pinch even if you want to add salt. I had committed that mistake initially two vaporizers, which I had bought in the first two attempts of using vaporizers, from a nearby Medical Shop. Moral of the story is we should not add salt or any dissolvable inhalant, prescribed by a doctor, in big quantities.To sum it up, the vaporizer is of excellent quality and serves a great purpose.

This average product is China made, don't be fooled.

Works like a charm. Used 300bucks vapour machine but this much much better you need pay for good stuff. Paid 1100 bucks for that it gives a salon experience

Was not working since day one and when I complaint, seller started calling me and not refunded the money.Pathetic.
