The Lansinoh bra is way easier with Spectra. **Q: is it compatible with pump in style?** A: It's compatible with most pump breast shields, however, the holes are a little small so you have to be careful when pulling the shield out. **Q: Does this have an adjustable back panel?** A: Hi Sage-- Great question! This does not have an adjustable back. It is made with a soft nylon spandex blend so it feels ultra-soft and is very stretchy. The adaptive stretch will allow it to adapt to your body to provide exceptional fit and comfort. **Q: Is this bra compatible with non-Medela pumps?** A: The bra is basically a tube top with a zipper in the front and two holes about where one's nipples are located so the pump parts can go through.
