When the original charger stopped working, 3 months after buying it from Best Buy, I went back to get some help from them. They said, "no can do" because ASUS likes to sell their own accessories for greater profit. The price was about $38 and they wouldn't provide any warranty relief.I went to Amazon. Found exactly what I needed, bought it very reasonably and it works like a charm. Seriously, no problems at all. Charges quickly, completely and then stops. I like it a lot.Thanks Amazon.
