These are a great supplement. They are small and with the coconut oil added, they have a pleasant smell/taste and go down really easy. I would highly recommend

It's a great supplement but it needs magnesium in order to be absorbed by your body.

Tiny pills that actually taste like coconut. I started taking more and noticed a difference in my energy levels so I tried saving money by ordering another brand that said it was 11 cents per pill and this is 14 cents but this is actually cheaper and the pills are a third of the size because I didn’t notice the other brand lied and you have to take two to get the 10k IU so it’s really 22 cents. So this brand is actually cheaper, smaller pills, only have to take one to get the 10,000 IU.

These work too good! Get your blood checked if you take these daily. Mine was 120 after 6 weeks! It took another 3 weeks after stopping to get my levels in upper normal range again at 90. The difference is the coconut oil added very effective!

I like the fact that it's a high dose amount with k2 , and it's a good quantity. 1 bottle will last 2 people around 4 months. It has a pleasant coconut smell from the oil and you only need to take one. Negatives (kinda): I took a blood test but I had previously not been taking it as diligently so it wasn't the best representation, but my levels were still slightly higher. Hard to see benefits as I have other health issues, but I think it's doing what it's supposed to. Once I get confirmation, it could easily be 5* Other Gripe is the price keeps going up, but it's still a good value at 250 softgels

It’s good. My d3 is through the roof. I had to take it down to 5k IUs but I’m nervous because the pills look different than the 10k. Let’s see if they work as well as the 10k.

I have been taking this for well over a year now and ran out, so I wasn't taking it for a few days and I immediately felt the aches in my joints. Once I started taking it again, all the pain went away!! This will continue to be a staple in my daily supplements, its a great quality supplement, well made!!

Great has coconut oil for more absorption and the amount of vitamin d is high and perfect not like others

Start one week ago - will see the result. I like it’s very small and cute pills , smell lightly coconut - very nice. My sleep is better last few days Donno if it’s connected to vitamins or not.

I had low Vitamin D levels and tired many different products but this product is effective. I used for 3 months daily 1 dose and then saw my Vitamin D levels come to normal. Highly recommended and bio available and had no side effects. However the above effects can vary from person to person which you may need to comsider.
