Did what it was bought for
I have been experimenting with gluten free recipes. This did what it was intended for, so I cannot complain. At the best of times finding more reasonably priced gluten free products is not easy. I could hope that people will one day not see people with medical issues as a way go make a personal fortune, but till then ... the afflicted have to grit their teeth and bear the costs

Work perfectly in my gravy!
I’m Keto and gluten-free so I made a slurry with water and tapioca starch to thicken my turkey gravy on Easter. It didn’t affect the taste nor did it kick me out of Ketosis. I was a happy camper.

Good product
First time I have used tapioca starch. It was called for in a recipe. It works well. I cannot discern any difference in flavor when compared to corn starch. It seems to have slightly less thickening function which makes it much easier to use. I will consider buying it again.
