Well, they say this smells like grass, and they got that right. But it's not so much summer and fresh-cut lawns as it is a pile of grass that a two-year-old crams into a sippy cup of spoiled orange juice and leaves on the bookshelf for you to find a week later. It's that smell -- the kind that makes you wonder if you should bother to wash out the cup or just bag it, trash it and buy another.The upside to this stuff is that it's great for shaving. I wouldn't say it's dramatically better than the best, high-end creams or soaps, and I didn't notice a major difference in how it moisturizes your skin from say Proraso or Wm. Newmann. But it does seem the bridge the gap between creams and soaps well. It works into a good lather, gives a good cushion, and helps you get a good, close shave.Still, if you're at all sensitive to strong smells, and you know what a bag mower smells like when it's been left out in the sun all weekend, you'll probably want to try another scent.
