Kuhn Rikon COLORI Non-Stick Bread Knife with Safety Sheath, 7 inch/17.78 cm Blade, Black

A while ago, I bought a Kuhn Rikon paring knife, and since then I have been hooked. I am gradually replacing all of my knives with Kuhn Rikon. Just cannot beat the quality for the price. Always get a clean cut, easy to wash and look great.

Lightweight but sharp. Easy to cut through large bread loaves. No slippage on crusty bread. Will buy another if I ever need one. Very pleased.

I have been baking bread for years (old fashioned hand formed sourdough as well as sandwich loaves in a machine). I used to use the bread knife that came with my kitchen knives set. Then one day, I discovered this product and ordered. What a difference it makes when slicing bread. Right tool for the job and it sure makes a difference!Also useful in slices cakes. I was effortlessly able to slice 9” cakes to fill and layer with this knife.

Bought this specifically for loaf cakes and breads. Smaller than the traditional bread knives which is what I wanted. Sharp and slices nicely, doesn’t crush the loaf. It’s light but not flimsy. Feels good in hand. Picture taken by an 8-inch loaf cake.

We've been without a serrated knife for awhile before I finally decided to try this one. I feel that it was a good value, and I've been impressed with other products from this brand. I am not a seasoned chef or familiar with competitors, but we've been so pleased with how well it works on even very hard crusts.

I needed a good serrated bread knife, and this one is it. Awesome knife, very sharp and I love how Kuhn Rikon provides covers for their cutlery. I have a few other of their knives and they are excellent. Please bring back the “sandwich” knife, it’s one of my favorites.

Solidly built and does it's job well with bread. I don't use it for anything else. From the other reviews, I don't know why, but I expected this to somehow "feel" sharper. Despite it not feeling like it's "that" sharp, it still cuts accurately and is easy for me to control. I buy lots of homemade organic breads which I cut myself, so I needed a solid performing bread knife. This definitely does the job with minimal clean up needed.
