The manufacturer seems to have changed their source of the rags. While the product description states "Made of 100% premium quality t-shirt material. These rags are generated from offcuts during the t-shirt production process.", the description is totally inaccurate. Years ago when I bought a 10 lb bag of these at a local Home Depot, each and every rag was of quality t-shirt material. In both the 10 lb box and the 10 lb bag I bought from Amazon recently (2023), many of the rags are not made of t-shirt material, but of the heavy, thick terrycloth material.The description should be updated accordingly, so customers know what they are buying.

I've purchased about 10 of the 50 pound boxes over the last 18 months for an aviation maintenance facility. While the rags may vary in size, they are never too big or too small for general use. Quality is always consistent with minimal scrap pieces. Arkwright usually gets them shipped out within a day or two and I receive them within a week of ordering.
