Allbright Cordless Spring System Roller Shades with UV Protection Thermal Roller Blinds Darkening Blackout Curtain for Windows (Grey, 26''W x 72''H)

I have three 25 year old Velux skylights. The blinds help reduce solar loading (to reduce air conditioning bills) during the summer. The Velux custom blinds are no longer available (I searched high and low including the U.K.). These Allbright blackout UV protected blinds are not intended for skylights but can be made to work. They are good quality, easy to install and have excellent customer service. One of the blinds was missing its box of hardware, I informed Allbright customer service and they sent a replacement box from China in a week or so.

These Blackout Jacquard Striped UV Protection Roller shades are just great for my three windows in my Sunroom.I installed them on three East side windows in my sunroom to keep the temperature down in the early morning hours so my three dogs aren't hot. They were easy to install and look very nice.

I never do reviews, but on this pull down shade for our front door I had to give one. I've been looking for a shade for our front door for the past 6 months with spending 150.00 plus you see online. I came across these on Amazon and 50 bucks for two shades I couldn't pass. So just installed today let's see how they hold up, but for now I'm impressed......

Easy to install and they look pretty.

Do these block out the light? Sure do! However light still comes in from the sides and top. When you roll the shade down, there is a gap from lost volume where it is held up. Not a complete black out solution due to this.

This polyester windows curtain fits my 23 inch wide bathroom window very well. I specifically like the blind cordless system which is not running too fast like the last one I had. It rolls up slowly and stops when I give a little strength. The white fabric block the light out 90%. Installation is easy with all parts included.

Honestly it's a high quality product and comes with everything you need but the fabric side is rolled backwards for the wall mount option! For a top down install I suppose it's OK, but still not flush to the window as it should be. For the wall mount there's really no good option, you either have it hovering a few inches out letting light in or you have the white non fabric side.
