How many hours of energy does one bottle give YOU?

Don't even both with this. It tastes absolutely horrible and it makes me jittery and sick. Instead of getting this I would recommend something I got to try pre-launch called Reflex Focus, it's currently only available on Indiegogo but it has a supplement called Citicoline that improves focus instead of just giving you jitters. It has some caffeine but not an absolute ton like in 5 Hour Energy which makes me all tweaked. I attached a link. How many hours of energy does one bottle give YOU?

This can last me over 5 hours. Everyone is different. Me and my husband, we both take this & have found 5 hour minimum for both of us & can even last up to 7 to 8 hours.

Do sealed bottles leak in luggage? (flight check-in bag)

These things are sealed tight. I toss a few in my bag of liquids in my carry-on whenever I take a trip and I have never had one leak. They are well under 3oz so they are good to go on carry-ons.

What is the expiration date or Best Used By date?

Same advise I give everyone. Get a magnifying glass and when you are at the store see if you can read one of the bottles. Very small type.
