Yes! Actually it is worth every penny. After several surgeries and so much antibiotics, I could not function. I have a cupboard full of Probiotics from Costco & health food stores. My daughter put me onto the Dr. Mercola brand and now it is the only thing I use. I take two every night, I was taking 4-5 of the other brands. Dr. Mercola has just about every herb etc that you need and they are quality products not full of fillers. Anyway, that is my opinion, so good luck. Cat-Mom

is this product gluten free and lactos free

Is non-dairy, free from soy, corn, wheat, and gluten. I have been using it for over 2 years and all my blood work comes back negative for gluten.

From what I am reading in the description, you do not have to refrigerate this product? Told to purchase one that needs refrigeration.

This is one of the questions the company fails to answer. I refrigerate mine. I'm on my second bottle. It's expensive and I don't know if I will continue. Most (All?) of these probiotic companies don't furnish enough information. Like vitamin/mineral and Omega-3 supplements, they are not regulated. See the 2 questions I recently submitted regarding survivability of bacteria to the intestines.

I've been purchasing this product for years. 90 day supply was 180 capsules, now the 90 day supply is 90 capsules. Same price. Why?

I called and asked the same question. The person I spoke with said they had changed the formulary.
