The idea behind the marc Pro is pretty simple: active recovery without having to actually be “active.” By using electric stimulation of your muscles, you are able to increase blood flow, stimulate the lymphatic system, and accelerate recovery without the drawbacks of active recovery: increased wear on your joints and tendons; increased load on your central nervous system.The device is pretty foolproof and easy to use. Although, it may take some time to figure out the best spots to place the pads on your body. Moving the pads by only as a few inches can have a big impact on the strength of the contraction. You can get about 20 uses out of the pads; they are very sticky. I haven’t had to buy any replacement pads yet.It has worked well for me. After an hour flush on my legs, I’m noticeably less sore the next day. And my next strength training session can come about 2 days earlier. That is the core of its value. I have found it particularly helpful on my back and arms too. But rarely do I engage in high volume back or arm work. So it isn’t as necessary to use the Marc Pro for recovery. With the back and arms, it is also harder to multitask when the device is on. You are moving too much to be able to read, write, or use a computer. Whereas you can multitask when you are flushing your legs.If you are trying to cram more training into a week, be it strength or endurance, the Marc Pro should definitely be a part of your solution.For more info, check out some of Brian Mackenzie’s videos on YouTube. It worked well for 2 months . However, it stopped charging. We have done everything to figure it out and still does not work. Expensive !!’

purchased for family due to kids being athletes. Kids use it to aid in muscle recovery and after use, they become less sore in the next few days of a heavy workout. Kids are Baseball and Softball players. My wife uses it to help alleviate lower back pain. The product is very powerful and made of good quality. kind of big and clunky but it is definitely the real deal when comes to electrical muscle stimulation.

Awesome recovery time. I've used this for both soreness from lifting and when I sprained my ankle. Both times the benefits were amazing.My biggest complaint is the screen and dials. The screen is so hard to read. If you want to see how much time is left I have to hold it at a weird angle or shine my phone light on it. The dials are less than accurate. Not really a huge deal, but it's hard set to a specific value sometimes. I just think for a machine of this cost those two components could be upgraded.

this item does what its suppose to do, give electric current to muscle and stimulate them, but i don't really see the benefit, seems like a waste of time, better to use foam roller to really stimulate the blood flow and the lymph nodes, probably it is for more advanced and professional users, like physicians or doctors.dont think it will work wonders once u use it, plus i find it not as strong as i would like it, the limit of the current on the low frequency isnt sufficient to my feelings.. other than that i just don't see why to pay so much for this, better try the much cheaper devices that actually do the same, and let the more professional personals use this advanced or should i say more expensive unit

We ordered this to help with pain associated with injuries and surgery’s. We used it likely less than 20 times. And after a year the screen fades out after turning it on and none of the controls work. It’s says lithe battery is fully charged when you first turn it on. Such a disappointment for such an expensive device. Pretty ridiculous. Don’t waste your money. Spend your money on an actual PT.

Great product, seeing improvement in shoulder pain already and speedier recoveries after running and biking.
