It took me less than 15 minutes to 1.Insert the casters into the legs, 2. attach the arms to the seat and 3. attach the back to the seat. It has the usual height adjustment plus adjustment for the seatback angle and the angle of the seat (3 levers). Arms are also adjustable for height, padded and covered in black leatherette, The seat and back are medium grey, which is a nice change from the usual black. Chair is very comfortable thanks to the thickly padded seat, and has good lumbar support thanks to the adjustable seatback angle. I'm very happy with this purchase. Review: Very good, sturdy, well constructed chair. The fabric has a lighter color than I expected, but that's good! I liked it better. My only complaint is that the plastic on the back of the chair feels cheap. Is it a 6-8hr chair?** A: Yes, sits comfortable for me 8 to 9 hours a day for the last 3 1/2 months. Seat cushion does not flatten out and lower back support is good. Took a couple of days to dial in the adjustments, which allowed me to custom fit the chair. Also, the seat and back are fabric, which I think is much more comfortable than either vinyl or leather coverings. **Q: What is the weigh limit?** A: According to the product description on Amazon: "Chair offers a 225 lb. capacity." **Q: Does the seat "rock" position adjust?** A: There is a lever to tilt the seat. It is wide enough to sit crisscross applesauce in it. The only downside at the moment is that the fabric is thin and I had already worn a hole in it within a few months.
