Avevo la versione vecchia di questo coltello, che adoravo. L'ho perso e ho comprato questo nuovo. La lama cromata la trovo poco estetica ma vabbè, sono gusti. Comunque è un bel coltello, comodo da usare per sbucciare, sfilettare, tagliare piccole parti. La lama va affilata spesso, ma per questa cifra non ci si aspetta di più.Quando è arrivato, la lama si muoveva leggermente tra i due manici, ma con un po' d'acqua il bamboo si è gonfiato leggermente, abbastanza da bloccare saldamente la lama
