I can't get the tin open . Any suggestions?

I have been trying for over an hour to get this open. Ridiculous!

The first ingredient is a petroleum product and there is “parfume” or fragrance which is basically chemical soup. You would be eating that.

I'd like to know what are the % of the rose (rosebud) in your product ?

sorry product does not tell you how much. but i do enjoy this even though mostly petrolatum and the rose is in the mix of their secret ingredients third in line of products. i don't use this on my lips so much as on my elbows and other really dry patches.

to open is very annoying

This product is very good and is multi-functional. But the most annoying part of using this product is to open the tin. If it had a screw cap, would be much easier and practical to use. Brand pls do something about the packaging to ease customer use.

Love this lip balm!
