Does this product have a sticky tacky feel when it dries? Also, it is very shiny when dry?

It is a thick product to start. So be sure not to put on a thick coat, also, do not keep going over where you've placed it. It can become cloudy. Be sure to allow it to fully dry. It should not be tacky. I love this product, and when I put a coat on my decoupaged seashells, the final product is so smooth and glossy It looks like porcelain China. I've tried other thick glosses and this is my favorite. Give it enough time to dry and you will be very pleased. Good luck!

Is it best to apply this with sponge brush or regular paint brush?

Sponge brush is best. Don't use it like a brush, pat the glue on. There are youtube videos to show how to do it. Very thin when using as top coat to seal glitter. if you put too much it takes away from the shine of the glitter. The glossy product is the best for top coats. Makes a big difference if you are trying to maintain highest glitter shimmer.

Does this have a sealer in it

This is a sealer and finish for decoupage projects.

Will this product cause yellowing or any color changes if applied over white acrylic?

I have used this product over gesso which is very similar to white acrylic and have never had issues with yellowing.
