My feet thank me for these.
Great arch support. Working 12 hour shifts on concrete floors and my feet used to ache so bad I could barely walk. They hurt no more. I replace them every 3 months.

JUST AWESOME!!
I work on the sevice industry & run laps in a 6 hrs shift. I have no known issues with my feet or health, but these inserts save my life!! I have high arches & can easily walk with these in for 6 to 8 hrs with compression socks. These are my saving grace 👑 🙌

Not a good fit
Purchased for my work boots at the recommendation of a friend. Unfortunately, they’re too stiff. Not sure if they’re too wide but the arch support feels bunched up along the inside of the boot and makes my feet hurt even worse. Think I just need new boots. Nothing bad to say about the seller; smooth transaction and they arrived in the time allotted.

Comfort fir high arches
I’m a regular customer of these excellent insoles. New shoes call for new inserts. High arch comfort is a priority for me

My feet thanked me!
I had plantar fasciitis for years. I was getting shots, wearing boots, buying every over the counter insole I could find and even bought the doctors prescription insoles, which were very expensive. Those insoles were the WORST! They were like a chunk of wood in my shoe. OUCH!I found these on Amazon and thought I'd give them a try. They are more expensive than other over the counter insoles, but they are definitely worth it.They have a solid arch and the toe end is thinner and flexible so they can be trimmed as necessary and your toes still have some wiggle room. They have a nice foam feel so they are very comfortable. They are very good quality, as they last a long time. I work on my feet 5 days a week. So, after a year of wearing those bulky plantar splint boots and using these insoles, I am now completely pain-free, shot-free and not crying every night on my way home from work from the pain.

Too much arch. Sizing seems large (needs lots of trimming). Wearing for sports seem unrealistic
This was advertised for sports shoes. But I think it is a long way from working for that purpose.First, the arch is like walking on roll of quarters in your shoe.Second, it labor intensive as it takes some work as the size will really need to be trimmed.Third, you also need to remove (perhaps with a blow dryer) the existing insole. A mess. Then, for all this, you also have a very pronounced, uncomfortable arch they don't recommend you even use for more than a few hours per day at first (a clue I guess). It is so stiff and pronounced, you may not make it around the office much less being active in sports. So this was not really what I was looking for. I have like d the Move Game Day products for sports and the Power Step for day-to-day. So I am not an insole hater at all. These, though, you just pull out of the box and think: mistake.I like the insoles you can just slip in and not be stuck trimming and such.I thought we might try them for daily use, but I think it just looks too painful. It protrudes into your foot this plastic arch.Unless a podiatrist tells you to get this product, I would not try it (especially for sports shoes) with the hard arch leaving you with more pain that you started with. And the trimming and ripping out the insoles of the Nikes or whatever, you are going to probably be left in tears and having lit some money on fire for the insoles and have shoes you can't wear until you buy an insole that slides in and works.I fell for the advertising and "sports shoe" description. They got me.My main issue is, at this price point, you should have a slip-in ready to use product. This requires a lot of trimming (even the plastic) to fit a shoe, then it will only fit that shoe. Then it should only be worn a few hours?I buy lots of these and they should, again at this price point, slip in (so be closer to size) and be wearable out of the box for an extended time.It is not meeting customer expectations in this manner as the other products on the market. I am in contact for a refund and will review that aspect accordingly (as the packaging mentions this is easy and simple). Company replies but has not honored the return policy on the package to date ,and in fact I got scam vibes trying to return the item to the company (following directions on the box).
