Q: Why does my toilet have a high pitched squeal after installing this product?

They sometimes make a squeal as the valve is closing...should only last a few seconds. If it lasts longer than a few seconds, the valve is not fully closing. It needs to be adjusted with the plastic screw.

Q: Can I set the water level to 4 inches. Over flow is at 5 inches

The water level is adjusted by screwing in or out the spring loaded adjustment screw.

Q: Why does this exlude the one piece Low-boy toilets? I would think this being a perfect filler for the low-boy style.
