If you follow the directions exactly the gelatin is quite thick, if you aren’t watching water intake you could add in more water for a softer serving. I like enjoying this post workout to feel like I’m rewarding myself with a treat, but it’s actually not junk food and keeps me from chain snacking before the next meal.This would be good for teenagers post wisdom tooth extraction, to get some protein in since they can’t have hard meats for a while.

Do not like this product as soon as I opened the box it came it could smell chemicals. The taste is not much better and leaves a terrible after taste.

I just got my first order and made some right away; I ordered the raspberry flavor. Here's how I made mine:Boil 8oz water, pour boiled water and mix into bowl and use a whisk to mix well. Then add 8oz cold water, mix well. Put in fridge in whatever container you would like for it to set in and enjoy as soon as an hour later (depending on how cold your fridge is)! Highly recommend!!
