So far so great....This product is a nice inventionIt's really just a no brainier when you see it has three outlets and 4 charging ports. A problem solver for a family with multiple devices and a mom who doesn't want ports and cords all over the house. With this beauty it all stays in one place and it's safe from power surge.I guess the best feature is how slimline it is once screwed in to the socket. Ours is kept on the kitchen countertop closest to the entry way, so easy to just walk in the house and plug into a device that is not bulky and taking up a bunch of room on the counter. The side trays that pull out are another nice feature, I'm not sure how they will hold up over time... When pulled out to capacity they tilt downward and "joggle" loosely up and down but none of ours phones have ever fallen outDecent price, fast charging duration, clutter control, ya! "Bestten" my opinion.

I received this product in exchange for my fair and honest review. This surge protector is an excellent product because it has a little bit of everything a person would need to keep all gizmos and gadgets charged and protected. It has three outlets in the front. I used those to charge my laptops and portable DVD players. Below the outlets are four slots for USB cables. I used those to charge my iPads, other tablets, and cell phones. Speaking of cell phones, this surge protector has a clear retractable holder on each side to hold a cell phone while it is charging. It was able to hold my iPhone 6s Plus while it was charging. I was extremely impressed with the speed at which this surge protector seemed to charge my devices. I also had peace of mind knowing that my devices were protected from damage caused by electrical surges during the time they were being charged. I would highly recommend this surge protector because it can do so many things at once. Definitely a quality product!

The product does what it is supposed to do. It provides three electrical outlets for regular household items and also provides four USB charging ports.I have charged both smart phones (Iphone 6 and Samsung Galaxy 5) and tablets (Ipad Air) using this outlet and it seems to work perfectly. The time required to fully charge the smart phone or tablet seems to be comparable to the time required when using the chargers that came with the devices. A big plus for this outlet is that it provides 4.2 amps of power to the USB ports. This rating allows it to charge both phones and tablets easily. Some wall adapters do not provide enough power to charge a tablets.Some reviewers have said the screw supplied with the adapter is to short. The one I received with my outlet was easily long enough to connect the this adapter to my existing wall outlet.One small issue with this product is that the electrical outlets are spaced closely together. This may prevent you from using all three at the same time.. Small issue in my opinion.

What a terrific product! Use it on a standard outlet and you increase the outlets from 2 to three, plus there are four jacks for charging devices. It was easy to install. First remove the standard outlet cover, and install by plugging in to the top outlet and tightening one screw. I had the whole thing set up in less than a minute. My only complaints are: 1. that the plastic cell phone holders are too narrow to hold my phone when it has a phone cover on it, but it works great to hold my external battery while it's charging, and 2. It's a little short to cover the outlet hole in my wall, which is tiled, so I won't be able to fix it. That's the best place for a charger in my house, but I'll have to move it somewhere else because I won't be able to extend the tile so easily.

Charges iPhones and iPads flawlessly and leaves regular plugs available, too. Our family was alway fighting for charging spots on the counter, and cords & AC adapters kept going missing. Problem solved! This adapter allows charging all 4 of our iPhones at once (quickly), and charges our iPad 2 plenty fast. We don't end up using the pull-out phone holders, though.Only design complaint: the AC plugs are so close together that only three very small electrical plugs would fit in them at once; we have one slightly larger-than-normal plug, and so can't use the middle AC plug. Other than that, works perfectly.

Prior to obtaining this wall outlet, we were relegated to using various charging devices via 120 volt lines. This great little device combines adding 2 additional 120 volt receptacles, but also 4 UHB ports. These ports by the way charge considerably faster than our prior units and by hooking it up to a recepticle adjacent to where we normally charge our devices, we now have an inexpensive but very useful device. That it is surge protected is just another benefit. I would highly recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the device in March of 2018. It worked very well for about 9 months. Two of the electrical outlets stopped working because the connections were very loose and anything plugged in would not make contact with the copper contacts inside the device. I disassembled the device to find that the copper contacts were bent, made the necessary adjustments and they work "ok" now.More importantly, the USB ports (which is the reason I purchased the device) stopped charging devices. A USB voltage/amperage meters shows the voltage pulses on an off with fluctuating voltage. See video for the voltage pulses of the Bestten vs a normal Apple charger.I'd say it was worth the money, but I'd rather pay more for something that will last.

This is a great product. I have a small outlet near my couch and I had all these USB chargers hanging off of it and it was a mess and an eye sore. Now its so neat and tidy. The USB chargers charge my devices quickly, and the number of outlets was perfect. I don't use the shelves and don't see them as being overly useful in my scenario, they are a bit hard to get out, but I have a table next to my couch I put devices on when charging, so I don't really use it to make a judgement.
