Works great with your can tap.
Easy enough to use if you can rig up a can tap.Can is pressurized so regulator required.

Berryman Doesn't Even Sell The Parts You Need To Make This Work!
They don't sell the most important part one needs to use this can! It's the most useless product on the market without the pressure regulator top for the can! Which doesn't exist! You have to make one!DO NOT buy this product thinking you can use it without having to make a complicated part from scratch.

Great
Works as expected but but worked better than expected

Difficult to use but cheaper than buying a canister / compressor
Amazon's product information is bad. Product information says "The valve on the 1120 has a coarse, 7/16-20 right-hand thread and requires a piercer with regulator for use". The can says "SELF SEALING VALVE USES 1/2"-16 RIGHT-HAND ACME THREAD". The valve on the 1120 is in fact a self-sealing right-hand female 1/2” ACME-16 the same as found on 8-12 oz reusable refrigerant cans. It is NOT a "coarse, 7/16-20 right-hand thread" as found on 4-6 oz small refrigerant cans and it does NOT require a piercing tap.The contents of the can are in-fact under pressure. I didn't measure exactly how much pressure but there is at least 45 psi in the can as that is what I set my regulator to. This is important for fuel injection systems with a return line as, if the pressure is higher in the can than your engine's fuel pressure regulator, the contents of the can will be shot down the fuel return into your fuel tank where they're not supposed to be.I couldn't find a suitable regulator anywhere so I borrowed a old Wynn's Xtend fuel injection service kit from a friend. I replaced the piercing tap with a Lu-Hawk brand R134A Self-Sealing Can Tap from Amazon. I used the 3/8" barb adaptor from the fuel injection service kit. I installed a Joywayus brand 3/8" Barb x Barb Shut Off Hose Ball Valve between two 6" lengths of 50 psi rated fuel hose. OK, I wasn't sure about the regulator and I wanted a chance to adjust the regulator pressure before shooting the contents of the can down the fuel return. I removed the fuel supply line to the engine's fuel regulator and double clamped the 3/8" fuel hose to the 3/8" smooth metal pipe going into the fuel rail to insure it didn't pop off under pressure. The age of this kit was a mixed blessing. The fuel injector service kit's 240 psi rated hose burst 3 times, twice under 40 psi pressure test with a compressor and a third time under 45 psi about 1/2 way through burning the can of 1120. I had aerosolized injector cleaner blowing all over my idling engine!Toyota sells their own fuel injector service kit with regulator and adaptors sold under their own part numbers. I have no idea if this kit is compatible with Berryman's 1120 or not but it might be worth someone looking into. So, does it work? The 1/2 can burned did not completely resolve my sticking fuel injector, however, the time it takes for my fuel pressure to bleed down from 58 to 20 psi is now 7 hours versus 3 hours before treatment. I'm told by my mechanic the fuel pressure should normally bleed down to 40-45 psi and stay there indefinitely. I'm resolved to get my friend's fuel injection service kit fixed and try another full can of Berryman's 1120.

Surprise, you need to buy the pressurized hose in order to use the can.
I thought I was buying a spray can with a small nozzle. Instead this type is designed to be used with a professional pressurized spray assembly.

Very strong a powerful cleaner
Used this to clean up the dirty valves in my 2008 Mazda. Defiantly wear gloves and cover you mouth. Use this in a well ventilated area. Product works great and got rid of some built up carbon on my cylinder head and valves.

No spray nozzle
Do not buy if you’re hoping to have a way to spray. This is meant to be attached to the fuel line.
