Light weight, lights up well and will look good hanging by the front door!

This is working really well for the last month. We've had freezing temperatures, rain, snow, and tons of Kansas wind and it's been holding up great. It only goes on when it senses motion... and yes, it goes off when a cat goes by, so it's sensitive without being overly so from a tree moving, etc...Installation was easy; I put it on the wood trim on the corner of my house and it's SUPER cute; it actually has added to the landscaping in addition to giving a bit of light to guests walking down our sidewalk after dark. The fact that you don't need any electric really helps because we didn't have a plug over there or a way to hook in, and it's a place where we really needed light... there was literally none on that side of the house other than our porch lights, and guests needed to walk a whole length of the house and curl around the side where the parking was before they would reach our next light. This is an ingenious way to handle that.Batteries have been holding up great as well, like I said I've had it installed for a full month and it's still fine. I was also expecting it to be cheap looking but it's actually super cute. All in all, very happy!

We put this MAXSA Innovations 44719 Battery-Powered Motion-Activated Plastic LED Wall Sconce on our little shed that holds the mower behind our house. It is a great light for a little shed where you are not going to run power. It is not very easy to clean, though, because you risk breaking the plastic if you clean too vigorously. It also doesn't stand up very well to winter winds and so it needs to be installed in a somewhat protected area. It does look nice but it isn't very durable. The light is bright and can be easily switched on with a little switch on the right side portion of the wall mount. Most of its weight comes from C batteries that aren't included and can be a challenge to find in some locations. We live in a rural area so this light gets set off quite often by animals like coyotes. Sometimes, on automatic, the motion light doesn't go off. I imagine this will be a load on the batteries over time. We will see. It was very easy to install which is a great feature. To me this is basically an upscale night light.

This is a plastic motion outdoor light, and the light throws off a nice light when someone, or a animal goes by it.The plastic light has some weight to it.This takes 4 C batteries, and for the price $32.35 I think it should have come with batteries.I live in the mountains in California on a few acres I was hoping when the light came on at night it would scare off raccoons, skunks etc. that is Not what happened, but I like this light, and it comes in handy. ( I do have 6 other electric lights around my house)It was easy for my husband to install this, and he is not handy.This light looks nicer then other plastic lights I have seen. I have no idea how long its going to last, but I haveAnother type that has lasted about two years, and I have not replaced the batteries yet! I Want to say, this showed Two lights in black, but I only received one to my surprise!For One motion light for $32.35 I think this is pricey !
