My daughter is 11 and loves to cook. Recently she got a sushi cooking set for beginners and we needed recipes. I like that these recipes are good high quality detailed recipes but simple enough for her to make a grocery list for items needed and to follow the steps to make the sushi. It isn't "kiddish" so great for adult beginners too.
