I've been doing cross stitch for the last 20 years, off and on. I'm used to fraying ends on the canvas, doing my best to sort the threads, round hoops, half stitches, ripped stitch maps, running out of thread! I could go on and on.Only just started but I love that it's all cross stitches, and then some lines. Fun! Love the colors, and the strands are already separated and numbered! No guessing!!! Edges of the canvas are sewed! No having to use tape! And the stitch map is a book, not one piece that you have to keep folding until it breaks. Love that!! I can tell this was created by someone who knows the craft!Also gave in and bought a scroll frame that holds it securely while I stitch, no more round hoops!!I'm happy! Love it. I'm just gonna keep ordering the kits from this company. They make it easier and more fun. But maybe also invest in a scroll frame. That helps a lot too

Just got the kit today, the colors are great. DMC thread and directions are straightforward. The threads are labeled with their color number on the back so you can easily match the symbols (which have color numbers next to them) to the correct color thread.•UPDATE•I LOVE this project! It’s very well made and it is a great looong project! I’m just over halfway finished and it’s been 4 months. I started it when I was 7 months pregnant and it was the perfect thing to do while waiting on baby.

Overall I love this cross stitch. The colors are vibrant and lovely. The book guide is confusing at first, but then became very easy to follow. The kit came quickly for how far it travelled to get here. My complaint comes from the quality of the Aida material. My section of fabric has a flaw that distorts the location of a row of holes, making stitches completed in this area either larger or smaller than surrounding stitches. Of course I did not notice until I would have to redo several hours of work on a new piece of Aida. I'm left hoping it won't be as noticeable on the completed design. My advice if you purchase would be to simply examine your material for flaws before you begin, something a more experienced than me cross stitcher probably already does.

Great pattern. The booklet is super convenient and it's a complex and challenging kit. As others have mentioned, the thread comes pre-sorted which is a big plus. I'm about 1/3 of the way through and really enjoying it. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a beginner because the middle section is pretty complex and it's easy to get overwhelmed. On the suggestion of another Amazon customer, I used a highlighter to mark the portions as I completed them which was very helpful. Overall a really fun craft. I will likely purchase other patterns from this same line.

How much fun is this! It's a very creative design. The downside is that there are spatterings of one or two stitches of a color and then you must change to a different color. The upside is that this creates a watercolor effect. I have finished six out of the nine panels. The deer is quite complicated due to many similar colors. I mark the symbols with a yellow highlighter before stitching and then with a blue marker when completed. It makes it easier to find all one color on the first pass. Hope that makes sense. The booklet with 9 separate pages makes this kit unique. No more giant grid that you must manipulate by folding and creasing. I definitely would not recommend this for a beginning cross stitcher. That said, it will keep an advanced cross stitcher interested as it does offer a challenge.

I have purchased several cross stitch kits over the years and this is by far the best quality kit I have ever purchased! The thread is beautiful and well organized. The chart is in book form with easy to see symbols. The fabric is stitched around the edge to prevent unraveling. It even included two needles and was all packaged in a plastic snap bag. This may be the only company I purchase kits from again because they have spoiled me with their quality!

I’ve done quite a lot of cross stitch kits, and I can be very picky about them. I was very unsure when I ordered this, but it had great reviews so I gave it a shot. Not only did it show up a week and a half earlier than the predicted date, but it looks beautiful. It feels a little like cheating to have all the threads sorted and labeled, but it just means no guess work!I wasn’t crazy about the idea of the pattern being spread out over multiple pages in a book, but after seeing how well out together it is, and thinking of how many patternes I refolded to the point the are almost unreadable, I’m coming around to the idea.So glad I choose this pattern. I can’t wait to finish so I can purchase another one from you guys!

Brilliant value for money! It took me months but looks fab. I've only been doing cross stitch for couple of years and have never done anything this complicated before, but the pattern was easy to follow (I did it by colour and marked the pattern in red once I'd done them, rather than doing a 10x10 square). I didnt have any problems with running out of threads, in fact with some colours I had loads left over.

La toile est de bonne qualité.Le fil semble être en quantité suffisante.Le modèle est dans un livret qui fait 9 pages a4.Ce point de croix est néanmoins réservé à des personnes ayant un minimum d'expérience en point de croix car le modèle est complexe et le travail conséquent pour une personne novice.

Only just started this but I love it. Instructions are a booklet which is much more user friendly. I even ordered a second one as a gift. Needles a little flimsy but for the price I dont mind!

Superbe broderie, hâte de la finir, je pense qu'il y aura suffisamment de fils. Les références DMC sont indiquées au cas où, ce qui est pratique. Le schéma est clair et la toile aida de bonne qualité.

Vraiment domage que le livre d'explication soit en anglais, ayant un niveau vraiment très bas j'ai du mal à comprendre ce qui est expliqué ...
