my son has disgraphia and needs a special grip and this has been a lifesaverif you write a lot this is more comfortablegood, dependable, comfortable, attractive, quality --for anyone--i love them toothe led lasts a long time and replacement leads are available--the lead writes smoothly and effortlesslyit comes in .5 fine and .7 regular--i recomend .7 for writing issues.the colors are helpful to identify pencil while doing group work to prevent loss.we have tried many brands and types of pencilsthis is definately the bestrelyable, smooth writing, nice erasersthere is colored lead available if you search.I wish it did not cost so much, definately the bestI buy them in multi packs because it helps to defray cost.this multi pack always seems to be the best value.the only downside is the tips of these can damage your purse or pocket if you are not careful stowing themIt is a steel mechanical tip similar to quality drafting pencils that sell for a much greater price.definately a great buy for a quality product

If I could give these pencils 100 stars I would. These lead pencils are by far my favorite. I have arthritis in my hands, and when I write I don't feel the pressure in my fingers. I am currently in school as an adult learner, and these are crucial to me, as far as the amount of writing that I do. The other pro to this is, any lead will work with these pencils, and also you are able to buy the replacement erasers that fit this pencils. I have been in school for two years now, using this pencils, and I can't think of one bad thing. These are the best lead pencils out there. You won't be disappointed.

I use these pencils to draw. They are indispensable. They are always the perfect point/sharpness. They are strong. I like how the casing looks. The eraser is fantastic and drawing with them is like ice-skating- it just glides effortlessly I love love love them.

I have many mechanical pencils, some expensive, but always return to Icy Pentels. Grip is perfect for comfortable sessions of math homework.

Overall not a bad pencil. However, when using the eraser you do click the pencil lead up when applying pressure which is annoying. I would pass on buying again just because of that one feature.

These are my favorite pencils! The colors are pretty, and I love the comfy grips. Replacement lead and erasers are easy to find, too.

This is not the first purchase of these pencils. Anyone whose ever purchased a cheap mechanical pencil knows that you spend more time pushin' lead then writing. I started using these in my college courses and they are great. A metal barrel tip keeps the lead from breaking, and the grip is comfortable. Detractors: 1 the clip is not as sturdy as I'd like (but maybe my shirt collar isn't the best place?) 2: the grip sometimes slides up,after use,not a big deal. when these break or get "borrowed" by my kids, I'll definitely buy more.

These are good pencils but after they run out of led its very hard to refill the them. I would not buy these pencils if you need to use them everyday.

Soft grip. Light enough for primary school children. More plasticky product. Good for the price paying.

Really awesome pencils. Because of the tip, the lead breaks less often. The grips are also very comfortable. A solid purchase.
