I got one of these skipping ropes for my husband who skips after his run each day. He was really happy with this product. It's easy to adjust to the length you need, it's well weighted so spins easily. It does get a little damaged where it hits to floor, and where it turns in the handles, but I suppose that is to be expected.

Rope was a too thick and heavy, would have like a lighter one.

Creo que debes usarla en conjunto con una de velocidad o habilidad, sola no vale la pena.Pros:-Es una cuerda con peso adecuado.-Iras un poco lento pero sientes como se cansan tus muñecas, ayuda a tonificar el cuerpo.-Tiene buen agarre.Contras:-Se rompe fácil. La cuerda es un poco gruesa pero se parte a la mitad, a mi me paso.
