Shipped in plastic?** A: It comes in a box with protective plastic inside. **Q: zero calories??** A: That's probably true, until you put in the Brain Octane Oil, Grass-fed Ghee, and Collagen Peptides Protein, in which case you have a few hundred calories from healthy fats.
