Where should I begin?After a lot of research I bought this chair, the brand claimed to be an American company with Mrp of Rs 34000/-Ps : I bought this for Rs 20000/-Pros1. Soild bulid quality2. Solid metal base and frame.3. Good quality tyres.4. Super easy to assemble.That's it!Cons1. This chair is not for anyone above the height of 5'7".2. Chair is too low, even at its highest point.3. The lumbar support is non existent, it's a small piece of foam.4. Does not go back complete 180 degrees.5. Super uncomfortable to sit.6. Cushioning is so bad that it hurts to sit on it after an hour or two.7. No reviews available anywhere.8. Biggest flaw: NO RETURN POLICY, ONLY EXCHANGE. I don't even use this chair, I am just stuck with it. Please save your money and buy some cheap alternatives, go for indian brands which might have some customer care or a return policy.My advice is to buy a chair only after sitting on it.Learn from my mistake.This company doesn't have any customer support.If you find this review helpful, please give it a thumbs up so that others can also see.Thanks.

A cadeira me surpreendeu positivamente com o tamanho e qualidade, ela é bem grande, espaçosa e silenciosa. O material é bem resistente e a montagem foi muito fácil, encaixou tudo perfeitamente. Super recomendo, nada a reclamar.
