Extra points for the price.
Does the job. Used it to replace the speakers on my 2007 F150. Perfect fit.

Fair for the price paid
The sound quality is lower than expected, much lower than the stock one I had on my Fiesta. It has a crispy noise. But what you pay is what you get. Unfortunately, not much choices for 5x7 out there.

Not Recommended
Worst than I expected. Stock ford focus speaker sounded better than this and after one week of using one of the speakers start producing cracking noise specially in high frequency. Not recommended at all if you want to swop your ford speakers with this.

Was not really expecting much since the price was not bad. To be honest was not looking for high bass speakers. That's for my sub. Was really looking to replace my rear speakers. What I needed was something that would pair nicely on over all sound. Was looking for more then just bass needed something that would put power the bass lines and not sound distorted. Well I took a chance on those ones. They sound good by them self if you don't want bass. But when I add my sub in the mix it is great. The right audio / Bass levels. They work really well together. I ended replacing all 4 of my car speakers from stock speakers on a 93 Plymouth Sundance wagon. To 5 1/4 " kicker door speakers and a pair of 5/7" rear speakers. Using a really old after market radio. Mix with my 800watt kicker amp. With a 12" kicker sub. Now this little car let's the neighborhood know am going down the road. But if you read this this point I will get down the real facts here. If your only looking for good sound not great. To use your tweeters more then really more depth then those will get you there. Just me personally. All I need is good sould from my rears my sub takes over the rest. As far as my fronts there kicker as well. They have a good bass with them to to help make it sound good up front but when you set everything perfect. Will in my setup to me or is great. I could not be happier. They did fit into the Mounting bracket for my rear locations. Easy plug and play. At this point a couple day after installation we have to see how they break in and weather or not they hold up after putting though the ringer a bit. But time will tell. But at this point there is really not much more I can say for the price you get what you pay for really on the end. But for me and the way I wanted it. It is good by me. I know I seen other say alot negative things. Maybe you really did take the time to troubleshoot any issues like did and found out it was not the speakers but a setting on my radio. Fix that now my 4.1 is running at tip top. Well update if needed.

Doet wat moet . Vergelijkbaar met originele Ford transit speakers.

Gute Lautsprecher.

Good budget speakers ! If these are considered "an upgrade" is debatable. It all depends on what you are replacing with them, and if your expectations are realistic considering the price point. For example, I bought them for my '09 Ranger - big upgrade over stock. (The old rangers were notorious for having about the worst speakers known to exist. Half volume on the deck and your living in sound distortion). My wife's VW on the other hand - these would probably be considered on par, or a slight downgrade as it does have a pretty decent stock sound system. And you drive anything with an upgraded factory system these will probably also fall short of that. These are only a 5x7 speaker so the bass is there, but nothing to get excited about. Being this size of speaker if want better bass you will need to buy some Kickers or something else at thrice the price. In general 5×7's aren't known for bass even on the high end of the market, that's why subwoofers exist. These particular speakers only go down to 80hz if I remember correctly, and as someone who mixes music as a hobby a good deal of bass and drums do rest around or below that threshold, so you do lose some bass sonically. But I don't hold that against the speakers - that's just what 5x7's are. For my application (09 Ranger), they were a good budget upgrade over stock. Much clearer sound and I can actually get some volume now without the distortion and general crap sound you get when you push poor quality speakers. Took me maybe an hour to install all 4, fit was perfect. Considering the price point I'd recommend these. As I said depending on what you're swapping them for they are probably equal to any decent stock sound system. But most car manufacturers don't put decent stock sound systems. Longevity - we will see. After a few days I see no problems, if something goes bad I'll update review and maybe upgrade. Price point consideration and what you're replacing these from will determine if you're satisfied or not. If you're system was like mine and absolute crap, and you just want some clearer sound at higher volume - you will be happy. If you're ripping out a good name brand stock system and hoping that these very budget friendly speakers will blow the doors of your old system, well... you need a reality check.
