Nice to use. I bought this for my recovery from rotator cuff repair surgery. I roll it up the wall. It has nice weight. It's mushy enough to hold on to . I would recommend them. They feel like they are loaded with sand.

重度障害で右半身が赤ちゃんくらいですが、握力２～３ｋｇでもギリギリ使えています。 重さだけでなく、大きさ、柔らかさ（やや反発の強いブニブニ感）もとても良い感じです。 一般健常者でも力の弱い方や腕・肩・手首などを痛めている方のリハビリにも丁度良いかもしれません。 無理は禁物ですので、不可が大きければさらに軽いものを選びましょう。 どのようなトレーニング・リハビリをするかにもよりますので、目的に合わせましょう。 私は、 １）壁当てで軽く投げる ２）軽く上に投げて腕を下げながらショックを和らげて受け止めるの繰り返しをしています。

Small weighted ball sort of squishy has some sort of sand or something like that inside it. The outside is kind of squishy no problem at all. recommended
