The sound quality is a s good as any other premium over-the-ear headphones. The best part: you just plug the USB, connect, and enjoy. Same with the phone. In less than 1 minute I was using all the features. When making a call, the microphone works perfectly. If you just need to listen to music, audiobooks, conferences, etc., you can just put the microphone back up and hide it in the headphone. When it's time to talk, you pull it down. The buttons are intuitive for turning the volume up, down, pausing, enabling/disabling active noise cancelling and most importantly, a well placed and intuitive mute button in the microphone!. Excellent product.

This one good from mic quality

This thing is great and as advertised. But when I am connected to both my phone and my laptop, the headphones suddenly switches modes to ANC or whatever the next mode is and pauses indefinitely the other source of sound. Things could happen more seamlessly

I had bought the Logitech H800 Wireless Bluetooth Headset which i returned and bought this instead because the battery life was non-existent on the latter. Excellent noise cancelling for the audience - i've had music playing at home and no one on the call could hear anything. Battery life is great while on standby it can last for several days without needing a charge - it goes into a sort of "idle mode" and once you pick it up and lower the mic it wakes up again. Look no further.

My ear hurts. I have a headache after using it. Please don't buy it. Not worth it. Yes noise cancellation works like magic but not more important than your health

I just want to start the review making sure people are not confused by the Amazon description. This headset does not have active noise cancelling and you will hear everything around you while using it. What it will do is cancel background noise picked up by your microphone while you are talking to someone else to make sure your voice is clear. With that out of the way... this is a great headset, with good range and the microphone sounds slightly better than some of the competitors at this price point. I was surprised by the sound quality and it's more than adequate to play music while working. In terms of ergonomics, it's ok but not amazing and I can wear it for multiple hours without feeling uncomfortable. It stays in place just fine if you don't move your head too much but it starts to fall a little if you look up and down due to its weight. Battery life is very good and it was extremely easy to connect to a Mac, Windows laptop and an iPad. It can hold two active connections at the same time which works great between the Windows laptop and the iPad but not that well between the Mac and the PC which seems to be a problem based on other reviews. The USB dongle worked fine and has a little LED light that shows whether you are muted/unmuted or in a call. The Windows software is easy to use and configure and it detected everything without problems. Updating the dongle and headset to the latest firmware versions just worked. It's a premium (expensive) headset but it delivers, I definitely recommend it.

これまでオーディオインターフェイスにXLR端子にAston Microphones ORIGIN 付けてオンライン通信をしていましたが、確かに音は抜群に良いのですが、簡易的にショート通話やミーティングを行う際にセッティングの手間に追われ少し何とかならないのか？と思っていました。 極力、通話音質は落としたくないと思ってヘッドセットは避けてきましたが、試しにこちらを購入試してみたところゲーミングヘッドセットの様な乾いた音声でなく、しっかりと音圧もあり低音もそこそこあったので簡易的な通話には十分な音質でした。 付け心地も良く、WebCamとヘッドセットの組み合わせはコチラで運用することにしました。

ブームマイクを下げるとマイクの音声が遠くなる現象がありました。 カスタマーセンターの対応は微妙で、電話してもメール対応です。 新品交換してもらいましたが、検品をしているのか開封済みで気持ち悪いものが届きました。 しかも症状は改善せず。。どうしろと？？

Bonjour, Je me présente, Mylaric, et je vais essayer d'être le plus objectif et honnête sur mon expérience. Avant tout, je suis étonné des avis négatifs concernant la qualité du micro... Je l'ai pourtant utilisé à maintes reprises et je n'ai eu aucun retour au sujet de ma voix si elle était inaudible ou infecte à entendre (ou sinon ils n'ont pas osé...) Débutons par le contenu, alors dans la boite, nous retrouvons: - Le casque Jabra sans fil - Un câble USB-C / USB-A pour la recharge - Un câble jack 3,5mm pour le passer en filaire - L'adaptateur jack pour l'avion - Etui de transport Bon, étant consultant dans le médical, je fais beaucoup de visio-conférence pour des formations via Teams, Zoom, Skype (sur PC) ou réunions via Teams ou appel (via smartphone IOS ou Android) J'ai donc utilisé ce casque pour ces différents cas, et sur différents supports qui sont PC (Windows et non Mac) et smartphone (IOS et Android) et sur smart TV pour le plaisir (Samsung) Avant de parler de la qualité du son et micro, déjà la synchro Bluetooth. Comme vous le doutez, aucun souci, la synchro se fait parfaitement et on peut le connecter sur 2 sources en même temps. D'ailleurs le casque vous l'annonce si vous êtes connecté sur une ou 2 sources. Puis il annonce son niveau de batterie (High, Low...). Et plutôt bonne qualité, dans une pièce de 80m², si je suis à l'autre bout de la pièce, je ne perds pas le signal Ensuite la qualité du son et de son ANC. Le son est très bon, mais attention, ce n'est pas un casque conçut pour écouter de la musique mais surtout pour tout de ce qui est "téléconseiller". Mais j'ai pris plaisir à regarder des films et séries avec. Quand à l'ANC, il est vraiment génial... Honnêtement, quand j'étais dans l'avion... j'étais dans ma bulle. Il est vraiment de bonne qualité et celui ci ne me fait pas comme un petit sifflement à l'oreille quand il est activé comme d'autre peuvent faire parfois. Pour le micro, j'ai vu beaucoup d'avis négatif, mais je n'ai pas rencontré ces problèmes... J'ai pourtant maintenu des formations de 6h et les participants ne se sont jamais plains de la qualité sonore ou bien qu'ils ne m'entendaient pas... De même lors de mes appels téléphoniques, que ce soit sur IPhone ou Huawei... Le micro est bon, et juste en le repliant, cela le passe automatiquement en mute. Le confort.... Aaaah cela est très important pour moi... J'ai beaucoup de casques audio et le problème principal est le confort au niveau des oreilles. J'en possède 2 qui au bout de 30min font mail aux oreilles... Donc impossible de les prendre lors de mes vols en avion. Par contre celui ci, aucun souci... Les coussins au niveau des oreilles sont parfait, du moins pour moi... Sans doutes les autres casque que j'ai sont très confortables pour d'autre personnes mais celui ci est bon pour moi. Son autonomie est convenable. 30 a 35heures à peu près en l'utilisant qu'avec le mode ANC Son prix... C'est peut être de ce qui peut faire hésiter beaucoup de monde car cela reste quand même élevé pour un casque. Mais pour les téléconseillers ou personnes étant au téléphone toute le journée, mettre le prix pour avoir le confort, cela vaut le coup. Au final, je suis très content de mon achat et il ne me quitte plus lors de mes déplacements ou visio. En espérant que mon retour a pu vous être utile. Cordialement, Mylaric

Genau Richtig! Hat mich ein paar Anläufe gekostet. Das Teil ist super. Etwas "eng" für meine dicke Rübe - die allermeisten werden damit kein Problem haben. Selbst die dicksten Dick-Köpfe sollten zurecht kommen. Desto größer der Umfang, desto besser wird der passive ANC - Nicht schlecht - Beste Variante für On-Ear Kopfhörer, die ich je hatte. Das Konzept ist Officetauglich, kein Bluetooth = It Flippt nicht aus und keine Alexa oder Siri Integration, der Datenschutz-Roll-Kopf kann weiter schlafen, golfen oder segeln. Luxusfunktionen: Mikrofon nach oben bewegen, die typische Officegeste nach dem Call oder beim Kaffee schlurpen - "Mutet" Ansage - Wenn man vergisst es wieder runter zu drehen "Headset ist noch immer gemutet" - Gar nicht schlecht angedacht. Nett gelöst. Sonst kein gesabbel von irgendetwas so will man das. Ein bischen nerven zwei Dinge Die Bedienung am Headset muss man erstmal raus haben, dann gehts gut. Nervt aber das man mehrere Mutebuttons hat - Zurechtrücken führt immer wieder zum ungewollte Tasten drücken. Nicht optimal, aber so ists heute halt - Dafür hats keinen Brachial-Button-Element, die immer rumnerven - den Preis dafür zahl ich gern - nichts nervte so sehr wie Gigantische Button-Elemente, deren Verkabelung immer im Weg lag zwischen Tastatur, Maus oder am Hals - Da kriechste nen Hals ... So ist es immer noch besser wenn Bluetooth keine Lösung ist. Kabel etwas kurz, aber korrekt. Kann man ja verlängern, machste mit USB Kabel Female / Male Verlängerung. Die Lautstärke läßt sich gut einstellen, paar Klicks fertig. In Kombo mit PC Software sollte es keine Probleme geben. Funzt natürlich auch mit ggf. Adaptern am Handy. OHNE APP - Das ist der TRICK! Gibt 100 Punkte EXTRA ;> Gibt eine andere Version, die Faltbar ist, die dann mit App läuft - Hatte ich auch, war nur nicht meins und für die Zwecke im Office völlig ungeeignet, aber kann auch nur empfohlen werden für Unterwegs wer On Ear Dinger mag, ich steh da mehr auf In Ear, haste mehr Ruhe und siehst weniger bekloppt aus ;> Empfehlenswert. Wirklich. Traumhaft! Die Konstruktion der Kopfhöhrer sind das beste das ich je in der Hand hatte. Solide nicht brechende Verbindungen, am Kopf das Gummie stört nicht, ist Weich, biegsam, bricht auch nichts. Alles genial und um alles zu toppen hat das Teil den richtig genialen ASMR Sound > Einfach mit dem Finger über den Bügel streichen während du auf den Kunden wartest ... Relax ;> 110 % Kaufempfehlung. Vielleicht sogar 180% aber wir wollen mal etwas vorsichtig bleiben :-) Ein bischen Euphorie ist aber nach Jahrzehnten !!! Klapper-Head-Sets verständlich - Endlich ein HEADSET Klapper war gestern! :o) Kaufen! Auch wenns teilweise überzogen teuer ist, bis zu 125 kann man hinlegen. 150 oder mehr finde ich trotz allem unverschämt teuer - Kann da allerdings den Hersteller verstehen, der sich bewußt ist das das ein 1A Produkt ist.
