That's a good point, it might take a lot for smoothies. I used half a bottle of flavoring in a double batch of frosting. You can use to flavor pancakes, cupcakes, smoothies, anything!

Can this be used in lip gloss?

I use 2 drops in my lip gloss so id say yes because it is food grade. But a little goes a long way especially some flavors.

Is this high temp resistant?

Yes!!!! The flavor remains intense. Only put in a few drops at a time. I used mine in Isomalt diamond decorations for a cake I made for my sons principals 50th birthday cake. If it is a flavoring with color it will tint your frosting, etc... Hope this helps.
