I bought this for two reasons, a means to transport water in camp and then to shower...i thought it woudnt be up to much, if it lasted a few months, it would be worth it...however im so surprised at how small this packs, how tough and rugged it is and useful for water carriage over longer distances...mix you water for it to be warm, it will give enough for a good cleaning, bits and pits and a whole lot more...so yep! recommended bit o kit for a few days out....

This is the first Amazon review I have ever written in over a decade of using Amazon, and it’s because this shower is absolutely phenomenal. I had a long dreaded unwanted remodeling of my bathroom which happens to be my only shower at the house and I am a single guy. I put a new shower in 10 years ago when I bought the place and did not properly support the tub and therefore it cracked and was leaking badly and I could not hold out any longer I tried all sorts of repairs. I work second and third shift as an x-ray technician and have a lot of yard work to take care of an absolutely could not do without a shower and did not want to inconvenience friends. I take a shower every morning and every night faithfully. To make a long story short I knew that it would take possibly two weeks to get the bathtub changed out because of my limited amount of time to work on the project. I need some alternative way to shower, was going to run a garden hose etc. and it would’ve been a mess. I ran across this having no idea that such a thing existed. I found it on Google or YouTube I forget. Ended up purchasing from here. It can be filled in the sink to whatever water temperature you desire, and I hung it from a bicycle hook. It took about two minutes to fill and can be filled completely in a normal metal kitchen sink. See the picture. I was able to squeeze in an extra 2 inches of water for an 8 1/2 minute shower at full tilt. More than enough time and more than enough pressure all the way to the last drop to get the job done. By about five minutes I had three minutes to relax as all the soap was on and off. I was lucky enough to have shades over my windows already in the garage and the drain in the floor. If I could give this 100 stars I would. I am over 75 showers deep and I extended the bathroom project for nearly a month because of how well this works it’s a lot of fun and I don’t mind it at all. I wouldn’t mind using this for a year straight. It is showing no signs of fatigue. No leaks. No issues whatsoever. In the same note I always hated camping because of the inability to shower and now I wouldn’t mind it at all. I would have paid three times the price. If you are curious about this, go for it. It dries out just from hanging in the garage for one day and can be folded back up into the little pocket case and shoved in your shirt pocket it’s that small. whoever designed this deserves the Nobel prize.

Ich habe lange (aufgrund der nach Plastik stinkenden Solarduschen) gesucht und die Outdoordusche von Sea to summit gefunden. Sie war nun zwei Wochen im harten Alltagstest auf einer Insel in Schweden und ich kann nur sagen: TOP! Mit Paracord über einen Ast geworfen baumelte sie friedlich dahin und war Tag und Nacht einsatzbereit zum Duschen und vor allem zum Händewaschen.Einmal habe ich warmes Wasser zusätzlich eingefüllt, womit die 18° des Seewassers ein wenig angenehmer wurden.Der Nylonsack und der Brauseknopf sind superleicht und sehr klein zusammenfaltbar. Der arme Sack musste im halbgefüllten Zustand übrigens (im Sturm) mehrere unsanfte Berührungen mit dem Baum erdulden, an welchem er aufgehängt wurde und hat alles gut überstanden. Ich habe übrigens sicherheitshalber ein dickeres Paracord genommen und nicht die Originalschnur, da diese angeblich einem Käufer gerissen ist.Auf folgende Kritikpunkte von anderen Käufern möchte ich eingehen:1. Undichtigkeit des MaterialsMeine war absolut dicht. Glück? Oder einfach gute Behandlung meinerseits?Ich habe sie nie bis zum Maximum (10 Liter) gefüllt, sondern bei etwa 8 Litern Schluss gemacht.Das strapaziert das zugegebenermaßen recht dünne Material nicht über Gebühr und eine anständige Dusche geht sich trotzdem aus. Ausserdem sollte man sie im gefüllten Zustand vorsichtig tragen und nicht grob herumschwenken.2.Undichtigkeit des Brause-Dreh-KnopfsAuch hier hatte ich keinerlei Probleme. Ja, es steht in der Anleitung, dass man (den internen O-Ring) nicht überdrehen darf, da dies zur Undichtigkeit führen kann. Wer grob an dem Ding herumdreht, braucht sich nicht zu wundern wenn`s kaputt geht. Eine leichte Drehung und das Ding ist dicht. Drehung in die andere Richtung und das Wasser rinnt. Einfach. Genial.Ein absoluter TOP Kauf. Meine Empfehlung. Hat wunderbar zum Outdoorfeeling gepasst!
