My answer would be no, not for adults or even older kids. The limitations on length is why I would say this. I like my hitters practicing everything in a game-like situation. I have an 18u team and the shortest bat we have on the team is a 33" so if they use this bat, you're taking away at least 3".

What is the difference between sklz power stick and franklin sports mlb pro-elite thin bat swing trainer?
